GeoKARTO is organized every two years by the Cartographic Society of the Slovak Republic in cooperation with other academic institutions focusing on current issues and trends in the theory and practice of cartography, geoinformatics and geodesy. In 2024, the Institute of Geography SAS will be the main organizer of this conference.
